Inconsequentiality …

the infrequent rage of clouds
seldom bears the teeth of rain,
caricatures are often equipped with
breathing, mocking delight in all shallowness
the shoal of triviality craves un-seriousness
and cries aloud for everyone to listen ….
sometimes, beneath the foil of consequences
inconsequential too has a life, worth remembrance.

Very true Alok...and it applies same with the life also. There is a saying in Bengali which in English means a bit like this- Although the clouds may thunder like anything, but the rainfall may be very little or inconsequential...

Have a nice weekend...and I have changed my blog address. You can visit there.

wise!

small moments count as well, tremendously so sometimes, and hold the fabric of life together. and make up for big deviations sometimes.

the grand canyon was formed that way - a slow erosion by water and wind :)

Really nice, as usual, esp the last two lines.

Just beautiful Alok.

I too love the insight of your last line. Andrew is so right; you do have a way with words that are powerfully put together, making one think in ways unknown to them before.
Excellent Alok.
