when young and relieved this evening
grows on to me ... to be a man
I will look back on his turgid days
and follow him sometime.

when virile sky of this elliptical night
chained and restless, elusive kind
questions me on busy carrefour
and leaps forward ... suddenly .. twofold.

when etch horizon of this folklore
nears the terminus of wrinkled floors
I will walk through caverns of dark light
and carry the bier, holding high.

(every silence sounds different
unrecognised ... unvoiced tales
ensconced in far crevices
so often, galloping miles away ......)

"every silence sounds different"

beautiful.. I was reading something the other day that silence is never 'silent'

I loved the way this poem began.. as usual .. the virtuosity of your image-making is astounding..

I'm with aria - every silence sounds different is original and thought stopping. Haven't got completely organized after holiday break, but may post some poetry on my main blog when I do.

It was excellent alok!!
Silence hides in one even the crowds nosier, where it is relaxed in the mind concern.

so beautiful!

and every silence is defined by some periods of noise...

so write... add to the noise...

we find ourselves while passing through the noise...

you and your words are missed a lot!

thanks for your always precious visits and your invaluable words and pure sentiments...

namaste!
